A half-day or full-day immersive woven into your company offsite or leadership retreat. I design sessions that complement your agenda and create a through-line of presence across the whole event.

We start by arriving a short grounding practice that brings the room from "meeting mode" to genuine presence. Simple, accessible, no experience required.

Understand
A brief, science-based explanation of why the body holds stress and what breathwork actually does to the nervous system. Your team will understand the why before the how.

Experience
The core breathwork practice guided, held, and paced for a corporate setting. People move at their own level. No performance. No pressure.

Integrate
Time to sit with what came up. Optional sharing. Tools to take into daily life. We close with intention, not just a timer going off.
