This retreat is co-led by two passionate practitioners blending science and somatics:
Sammie Mancine is a Functional Medicine Registered Nurse and Holistic Nutritionist who helps individuals reconnect with their bodies and uncover the root causes of stress, fatigue, imbalance, and digestive issues. Her approach combines functional medicine with holistic healing tools to restore clarity, energy, and well-being from the inside out, believing that all healing begins in the gut.
Doris Au-Yeung is a breathwork & somatics facilitator, life coach, and yoga teacher who guides high-achieving humans in regulating their nervous systems and reclaiming their energy through embodied practices. She creates space for deep rest, reconnection, and transformational healing through movement, breath, and presence.
Together, they’ve created a powerful retreat experience rooted in nervous system healing, integration, and embodied wellness.
